Gentle yoga is designed to help you unwind and relax. We move through poses at a slower pace concentrating on breath. Most poses are done seated, lying down or kneeling with a few standing poses sprinkled in for variety. 

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
